Because they were so good...

Pumpkin Cardamon Pancakes
{perfect for a lazy fall day}

mix together 
1/4 c. almond flour
1/4 c. coconut flour
3 T. arrowroot starch
1 t. cinnamon
2 t. cardamom
1/2 t. baking soda
pinch of salt

add
1/2 c. pumpkin puree
5 eggs
2 T. maple syrup
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. almond or coconut milk

blend with mixer until satisfactory
heat up skillet to medium
add some coconut oil
pour 4-5 inch circles
don't flip until you see bubbles popping in the center

top with butter and honey or maple syrup.
there ya go! a little piece of fall on a plate!
