~The Best Valentine
I have been thinking of Valentines Day. It comes every year, ya know, and has to do with expressing your appreciation to someone you love, so girls {whose greatest desire is to be loved and cherished} are naturally drawn to the occasion. ;)
I was sitting in church on Sunday, and we started singing the song "All That Thrills My Soul."
As I was singing, it dawned upon me {for the bijillionth time} what lengths God has gone to show His undying, everlasting, and sacrificial love for me.
It's a wonderful thing to be hit with the realization that
God is head-over-heels in love...
...with me!
I mean seriously! How amazing is that?!
Every day is a Valentines Day for us daughters of the King!
{doesn't that title just thrill you right down to your pinkie toes?!}
We get to read His love letters to us every time we open His Word.
{my fave is Ps. 139}
I have the best Valentine ~ my Wondrous Love...
...and He is mine!
